1. Laws made under Articles 2 and 3 can include provisions to amend the First and Fourth Schedules of the Constitution, as well as any supplementary, incidental, or consequential matters that Parliament deems necessary.
2. These laws are not considered as amendments of the Constitution under Article 368.
