1. If you have purchase any service but not yet utilised, you are eligible for a refund by making a request within 48 hours of making the payment.
2. If a purchase was accidentally made by a friend or family member using your account, you are eligible for a refund by making a request within 48 hours of making the payment.
Provided any of the paid services are not used and the refund request has been made within 48 hours of making the payment.
You’ll usually get a reply from IAS Indepth within 24 hours
Refunds from IAS Indepth are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on the mode of transaction.
Refund may take upto 3-10 business days after the request has been made by the customer.
